LET GO OF YEARS OF EMOTIONAL HANGRY IN A SMALL AMOUNT OF TIME

Access The Breathwork Breakthrough Using The Most Recent Sound Technology, Which Has Helped Thousands To Root Out Deep Traumas, Repattern Limiting Beliefs, And Release Pent-Up Emotions In Just One Session

“9D Breathwork” appears to be a phrase that, as of my most recent update in January 2022, is neither well-known nor defined in the current knowledge base. It might allude to a certain technique or strategy associated with breathwork exercises, but it’s difficult to give a conclusive introduction in the absence of additional background or particulars.

In order to enhance one’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being, breathwork generally refers to a variety of methods and exercises that centre on the deliberate control and regulation of breathing patterns. These methods frequently entail mindful breath awareness, rhythmic breathing, and deep breathing.

If “9D Breathwork” is a name used in a specialised sector, a technique that is proprietary, or a new idea that has emerged since my last update, it might involve certain ideas or approaches that set it apart from conventional breathwork techniques.

More background information or specifics regarding the elements or tenets of “9D Breathwork” would be required to give a more accurate introduction. This could cover its history, theoretical underpinnings, desired outcomes, and methods of application in contrast to other breathwork techniques.

Please leave more information so that I can supply you with more specific information if you have any inquiries or if there is a specific area of “9D Breathwork” that you would like to learn more about.

Breathwork: What is it?
A range of methods and exercises centred on deliberately regulating and modifying breathing patterns in order to attain psychological, physiological, and spiritual advantages are collectively referred to as breathwork. Deep, rhythmic breathing along with mindfulness and relaxation exercises are frequently used in it.

What advantages does breathwork offer?
It is thought that practicing breathwork can help with relaxation, lower stress and anxiety, improve mental clarity and focus, regulate emotions better, boost energy levels, and support general wellbeing. Breathwork is also used by certain individuals for spiritual or personal development.

What physical and mental effects does breathwork have?
Depending on the technique used, breathwork can affect the autonomic nervous system by either enhancing alertness and energy (sympathetic reaction) or fostering relaxation (parasympathetic response). Additionally, deep breathing exercises could increase oxygenation.

Which popular breathwork techniques are there?
Diaphragmatic breathing (deep belly breathing), box breathing (equal breath counts), Nadi Shodhana (alternating nostril breathing), Kapalabhati (forceful exhales), and circular breathing (continuous breath without pauses) are common breathwork techniques.

Can anyone engage in breathwork exercises?
The majority of people can practise breathwork, however it’s important to start out slowly and speak with a healthcare professional if you have any concerns or pre-existing medical disorders. Breathwork can be modified to accommodate each person’s demands and physical limitations.

What are some ways to incorporate breathwork into everyday life?
Breathwork can be included into everyday routines as a way to help manage stress, unwind before bed, improve focus before work, or as a component of mindfulness exercises like yoga or meditation. Regular application

🢂 Have you ever heard a tale that was so compelling that, when it was told, you felt a whole new way?

🢂 One that is simultaneously so heartbreaking and so painful?

🢂 A tale that profoundly altered your perspective on everything?

That’s exactly what the story I’m going to tell you did for me. It changed my perspective on breathwork and motivated me to finish a significant project that I will eventually share with you.

This tale centers on Cheri,

a 67-year-old lovely, kind, and kind soul.

Cheri messaged me to discuss joining the breathwork facilitator training my company offers in private after we had just completed an online breathwork session.

“It all began when I was abducted at knifepoint when I was seventeen years old. I was taken prisoner. I was taken to a room with numerous locks on the door, and I was forced to perform horrible tasks.

Not at all what I had anticipated from this chat. I felt like the oxygen was being pulled out of my chest as my body locked up and I instantly froze.

She went on,everything, but I eventually came to the conclusion that perhaps this is just my lot in life. that I must learn to live with it.

“I carried that trauma with me for fifty years.” I used to lock myself in my bedroom every night, terrified that someone might kidnap me.

She went on,

“I carried that trauma with me for fifty years.” I used to lock myself in my bedroom every night, terrified that someone might kidnap me. I tried everything, but eventually I came to the conclusion that perhaps this is just my lot in life. that I must learn to live with it.

It hurt my heart to see her tell me this.

I did your breathwork journey after that, though. And somewhere down the line in that encounter, my kidnapper entered the room as though he were physically present there with me.

God, this is a nightmare—we’ve traumatized this poor woman. My body was sweating profusely, not knowing how to control itself. But I was unable to turn away.

During a portion of the trip, I was able to see my kidnapper in this dazzling white light. And I felt myself forgiving him right then and there. In addition, I was in love with him. That’s when I realized I had recovered.

At last, the air returned to my lungs, allowing me to breathe once again.

She didn’t stop there, though.

Motivated, Cheri informed me that she had made the decision to leave her detestable job and follow her passion of becoming a breathwork coach to inspire people.

That’s taking control of your life, how about that?

Even while not everyone has a story as moving as Cheri’s, we’ve all experienced the hurt of acting as though everything is alright when it’s not.

Everybody has gone through struggles, heartache, and despair.

We are all familiar with the experience of loss. Each of us is affected differently, but generally speaking, we bury those hurts deep within without even realizing it.

Furthermore, contrary to what the majority of medical professionals and psychiatrists would have us believe, we are not experiencing a mental health crisis but rather an emotional constipation problem (more on that later).

We’re going to talk about those aches right now, here, right now. however, not by discussing them.

We are going to employ our body instead of our intellect.

I’m going to share with you today a revolutionary breathwork technique that will transform your life.

You will benefit from this practice:

🢂 Feel more vibrant, optimistic, cheerful, and full of life

🢂 Obtain fresh perspective and direction.

🢂 Attain altered states of consciousness, sometimes referred to as “flow states.”

Breathwork appears to be the newest hot topic that everyone is talking about these days. It’s likely that you’ve heard a lot about it or attended a session yourself, but this is something else.

However, before I even begin to demonstrate the technique that has helped thousands of people—including those who have done a great deal of breathwork—let go of deeply ingrained trauma, we must first discuss the brain, which is the most intricate and intriguing organ in the body.

DID YOU KNOW THAT ABOUT 5% OF OUR BRAIN’S ACTIVITY IS UNAWARE TO US?
The often repeated misconception that humans only employ 10% of our brains is probably familiar to you.

This is probably inaccurate since we don’t fully understand the day-to-day functions of the human brain, which is active throughout the day.

We are aware that a little portion is devoted to thinking, or cognition. those ideas that cross your mind at all times during the day.

We also know that a portion of your body’s energy is used to power processes like breathing, digesting food, and blinking that occur automatically.

However, after that, we’re a little bit in the dark. in particular, our own minds. Scientists have just come to terms with the extent of our ignorance.

Prominent scientists from The University of Sussex and The Canadian Institute of Advance Research revealed in a 2022 study that humans are only cognizant of roughly 5% of our brain activity.

Anil K. Seth and Tim Bayne, two specialists, estimate in a report published in Nature Reviews Neuroscience that the majority of brain activity—up to an astounding 95%—is

dwells in the ethereal domains of our unconscious and subconscious thoughts.

There is a secret depth here that holds the key to many of the daily challenges we confront.

While the subconscious mind processes experiences that are below the level of our awareness, our unconscious mind is a storehouse of knowledge that we have accumulated over the years.

Loads of programs that have lingered with us since we were young children are hidden behind that locked door.

In essence, our subconscious thoughts shape who we are and how we behave.

According to a Queen’s University research from Canada, the typical person possesses

According to the same study, 95% of these thoughts are repetitive and 80% of these ideas are depressing, confining, or disempowering.

You have 6,200 ideas a day, of which 4,700 are negative thoughts that are constantly running through your mind. Of these, you have very little awareness of them and almost no control.

✔️You are awful.

✔️You’re never going to be significant.

✔️You are disliked by everyone.

✔️Imagine having a radio someplace in your home that plays music continuously and repetitively.

Again and again and again.
More than ever, we’re prone to the following because of all of these thoughts operating in the background and our brains continuously playing the same depressing story.

If left ignored, all of it might be debilitating.

Daily tasks seem to lose their fun and energy, leaving behind an overpowering feeling of being overburdened by life’s responsibilities.

It’s challenging for you to put yourself and your loved ones first since you feel emotionally and physically exhausted.

What would you do if you realized that radio was on and that your thoughts were repeating themselves?

If you couldn’t change the tune, you would undoubtedly go above and beyond to locate that room, break through that door, and at the absolute least, destroy the stereo.

However, you don’t because it is impossible for you to consciously alter 4,700 ideas that you were unaware were occurring in the first place.

There is good news on the other side of this, my buddy, so pay attention.

We are being increasingly conscious of the influence our thoughts have on the human experience.

We’re beginning as a society to prioritize our mental health. As more people actively seek assistance, mental health problems are starting to be recognized as serious conditions that require medical attention.

That is advancement.

However, we don’t necessarily see mental health recovery in the same way that we do physical wounds, even when we prioritize it.

And the reason for this is because the ways in which we currently treat mental health issues only affect the conscious mind.

✔️Talk therapy.

✔️Cognitive-Behavioral Intervention.

✔️Programming using neuro-linguistics.

✔️Life Guidance.

All excellent in and of themselves, but frequently they just address the outward symptoms rather than the underlying cause, which is the subconscious mind.

In the words of 90s rock group Harvey Danger:

“Charlatans and fools may grow wise, but only the cream and the bastards rise.”

The deep-seated traumas, unhealthy behaviors, and unconscious programs we’ve accumulated over the years that shape our current behavior, perception, and emotions are the cream and bastards in this situation.

We can bring all of that cacophony to the surface and deal with it head-on when we delve down into the subterranean.

HOW CAN WE ACHIEVE THAT? Basically, we enter a state known as “Theta brainwave.”

It’s a little more intricate than “simply entering theta brainwave state” in actuality.

You would watch yourself transitioning from beta, or your conscious and aware brain activity, and fluctuating between alpha, theta, and gamma brainwaves if you were connected to an EEG that records your brainwaves.

To simplify things, let’s just discuss theta. We are most provocative when we are in the theta, when our creativity and imagination are at their peak.

You were experiencing a theta brainwave state from the time you were 2 to 8 years old (before your prefrontal lobe and prefrontal cortex had fully grown).

like a sponge, you absorbed every emotion and stimuli in your surroundings. In light of that tiny sponge, if the entire

Stress, rage, and other unpleasant feelings were all around you and left an impression on you.

It’s likely that your brain is still programmed with everything that occurred throughout this phase of your life.

That means returning to theta and reinstalling more positive, self-serving thoughts and sentiments is one of the best methods to repattern your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

And breathwork is the best method we are aware of for achieving that.

Please allow me to introduce myself before I continue:

Hello, this is Brian Kelly.

Along with YogiLab, Breath Masters, and now 9D Breathwork, I am one of their founders.

Using the power of the breath, I have helped over 10,000 students overcome a wide range of crippling conditions since committing my life to this work as a breathwork practitioner and instructor. These conditions include stress, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, snoring, sleep apnea, and more.

However, it was not always the case. I used to be an overly ambitious, anxious businessman with lacked life balance. I was attempting to hold it all together while managing several enterprises, masking, medicating, and drinking a lot of coffee. To be honest, I was so exhausted that I was deceiving myself into thinking I was doing well in life, even though I was internally struggling.

That is, until I accepted an invitation to my very first breathwork adventure, which completely broke me open. I had been lugging about an 800-pound gorilla-like amount of stress and baggage for years, and this was the biggest outpouring of all the emotions I had been feeling. I had an outlet at last, and everything came out.

HOW EXACTLY DOES BREATHWORK?WORK, YOU KNOW?

Breathwork has been one of the most popular methods recently. The volume of Google searches for breathwork has surged tenfold in just the past year.

However, breathwork is by no means “new.” It originated with Eastern spiritual and contemplative techniques, such as those found in yoga and Buddhism, and has been practiced for thousands of years.

One of the main components of yoga is pranayama, which is a type of breath control that has been practiced for over 2,000 years in India. It entails a variety of breathing exercises that are meant to affect the body’s prana flow—the vital life force that supports both physical and mental health.

Given the strong return of this outdated practice, research has been done to demonstrate its actual impact.

What therefore transpires during a breathwork session?

Quick Reorganization of the Body and Mind:

Breathwork assists us in letting go of old habits, changing thought patterns and structures, and releasing trauma and repressed emotions. This fast track addresses the underlying causes of persistent problems such as worry, stress, insomnia, low energy, low self-esteem, low confidence, and any other mental health challenges we may be facing, whether they are conscious or unconscious.

Emotional Catharsis Release:

The physical release of all the bottled-up and trapped emotions inside the body is made possible by conscious connected breathing. A woman experienced a profound release during one of our in-person retreats. She stated it was the most powerful thing she had ever done and that it had allowed her to release years’ worth of internal conflict.

Brings About A Change In Awareness:

That realization that the issue was never the issue in the first place. Our connection to the issue is the problem. Using breathwork helps us release the mental control patterns that shape our experiences in life, including our perceptions, tales we’ve told about it, and beliefs we hold about it. A fresh perspective begins to dawn on us. We begin to feel more attuned to ourselves, more peaceful within. We start to assume greater and more radical accountability for our lives. We have more vitality. Being self-aware empowers us to take action, and we feel better prepared to make significant changes.

The Default Mode Network (DMN) is deactivated:

A collection of brain structures or cells located in the same region of the prefrontal cortex is known as the default mode network. It links different areas of the brain responsible for thinking, making decisions, and interpreting information. These include the capacity for introspection, mental projection, and troubleshooting past and future thoughts, as well as the capacity for more objective self-interpretation.

Temporary Hypofrontality

reduced DMN electrical activity and blood flow. The ego momentarily disappears and the barriers we often perceive between the outside world and ourselves dissolve as activity levels down. Alternatively referred to as “Flow State” Consider it as having the key to a closed vault: if your brain were a bank, this would be like having access to it.

A mystical encounter

We are spiritual creatures residing in the human world. However, since we’re talking about your essence—your “breath”—which is the Sanskrit word for “spirit”—that has nothing to do with religion. Many people who do breathwork report feeling as though they are a part of something bigger than time and space. Positive sensations like love, happiness, bliss, kindness, unity, and a strong sense of meaning and purpose are all evoked by it.

Making a connection with your own spiritual experience can lead to powerful intuitions, increased creativity, and a closer, more in-depth understanding of who you are. You can learn to have more faith in other people, in your life, and in yourself. You can embrace significant changes in your life and learn to integrate them more quickly, or you can deal with devastating loss.

In contrast to a great deal of other tools in the health and wellness space,

To help, breathwork does not require knowledge of the nature of the issue.

Although talk therapy is often quite helpful, there are moments when we are unable to articulate our feelings. We are not always aware of our emotions.

As I mentioned before, there are instances when we are unable to express what is happening to us.

Yes, we are free to discuss it endlessly, but remember that everything we say is filtered through a lens of constricting assumptions, ideas, and worldviews.

Breathwork is beautiful because it helps us enter the body instead of the mind. Furthermore, the body doesn’t require any knowledge. It doesn’t have to consider it or discuss it. Nothing needs to be intellectualized.

It just raises the issues to the surface so we can address them and proceed.

Consider this: You could go into your prior experiences and examine your behaviors, ideas, and feelings for five years in therapy. You may also find that you have problems with your father.

Wonderful, you now recognize that you have father issues. What comes next, though?

How would you respond to that? The difficulties and patterns from previous father issues are still present, along with all of their symptoms.

In the lack of v

a somatic (body) component or release, you’re just one who comprehends “why,” but the pattern still controls you.

a long-standing pattern that has been stored in your body.

a long-standing pattern that has been stored in your body.
If it took you five years to figure out why, just think of how long it would take to break those patterns with that 5% of your awareness and cognitive activity.

During a breathwork journey, the bodily experience you have enables you to delve deeply into the subconscious and instantly rewrite habits.

You find yourself thinking and feeling differently all of a sudden, which causes you to act differently and break bad patterns.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to forego all those years spent overanalyzing and considering your actions and motivations?

A long-standing pattern that has been stored in your body.
You can achieve that almost mystical trancelike state where you’re most suggestible by learning the breathing technique.

Shifting from beta brainwave activity to subconscious alpha, theta, and gamma brainwave oscillation, but what happens once you’re in that zone?

How can you know what to reprogram (or even HOW to reprogram) if you have no idea what’s going on at the back of your mind?

How can you be sure you’re addressing the appropriate topics that will help you reach your full potential and break free from the habits and traumas that have been preventing you from moving forward?

Our breathwork practice aimed to assist with that.

Thousands of people have been guided by us through workshops and retreats, enabling them to emerge from the experience with an abundance of joy, love, and acceptance for both themselves and others around them.

The problem is, not everyone has the time or means to take a plane to Bali and dedicate a whole weekend to breathwork.

Additionally, an internet product was always in the works because we recognized how important it was to get this practice into the hands of as many people as possible.

Sadly, the right direction and surroundings were putting us at a standstill.

Being in the same room as everyone was incredibly potent and visceral.

As we descended further, the energy level increased. Body temperatures would increase.

There was no denying that something was taking place.

Since physical perception played such a significant role in the experience, we wanted to make sure you could still have it even if you weren’t in the same room as us.

Thus, we conducted extensive research on sound technology. We worked with some of the top audio engineers we could find, testing a wide range of frequencies and soundscapes in addition to our most potent guided session.

After some time, we found a setup that not only resembled our in-person sessions, but the use of sound technology expedited the outpouring of emotions.

I was initially in shock. Compared to what we were currently doing, this is SO much better. However, we later incorporated it into one of our in-person retreat’s sessions.

I can attest that the outcomes were excellent.

The group’s experience was so profound that we now utilize this technology at every retreat because of how much of a difference it makes.

And now, from the comfort of your own home, you may have the exact same profoundly transformative experience.

INTRODUCING…

9D BREATHWORK:

BREATHWORK HAS TO OFFER THE MOST DEEP SOUND AND HEALING EXPERIENCE

An immersive experience called 9D Breathwork is intended to address unresolved trauma and a dysregulated neurological system.

The soma, or body, is a physical representation of the subconscious mind, and this system seeks to repair it.

Through the application of targeted breathing techniques, the practice engages the body in a profound healing process, releasing psychosomatic tension and buried traumas.

The direct interaction of 9D Breathwork with the subconscious mind is fundamental to the experience. The technique eases you into a hypnotic state using breath, sound, and guided visualization.

In order to facilitate an introspective trip where the subconscious becomes more open to change, it slows down brainwave frequencies.

Modern audio technology like isochronic tones, solfeggio frequencies, and binaural beats help achieve this.

WHAT SOME PEOPLE HAD TO SAY ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCES USING THIS NEW TECHNIQUE FOR BREATHWORK:

Amazing, huh? With 9D Breathwork, a great number of people continue to experience profound transformation worldwide.

AND WE HAVE RECORDED OUR STUDENTS ALL ACROSS THE BOARD:

✔️Being more alive: feeling revitalized and full of life (maybe helping you break free from whatever bad habits you may have had)

✔️gaining fresh perspective and direction, which will enable you to proceed rather than stand still.

✔️Achieving altered states of consciousness, perhaps even by psychedelic means (opening your eyes to new experiences and perspectives).

✔️Having a more cheerful, positive, and enthusiastic outlook on life (just having more fun!)

✔️release from past traumas, strained relationships, and intense emotions of fear and despair (providing you with tranquility, allowing you to forgive your past, and enabling you to at last, truly, deeply love on your full self)

Imagine how your life would be different if you were to fully let go of past traumas that were still holding a hold on you.

Would you have a different outlook when things went tough? Could you experience life to the fullest?

Imagine, now, that you benefited from more than one of these advantages. How would you live if your default state was one of greater joy and aliveness, together with a sense of purpose and direction?

Henry David Thoreau famously observed, “Most men lead lives of quiet desperation.”

Just take a moment to consider this: people have generally recognized that life is kind of bad as long back as 1854. that you experience it in a perpetually unhappy manner

Everything would probably be really fantastic.

Though life is full of both positive and negative events, having the gift of breath and being able to use it to cure oneself makes one feel as though they are seeing the world through rose-colored glasses.

The good times are brighter, more satisfying, and more vibrant.

Even though the bad events still sting, you may look back on them and learn valuable lessons from them. Instead of keeping those feelings buried deep inside of you, you are able to process and control them.

That is the benefit of 9D Breathwork.

Additionally, you can already explore our continuously expanding library of sound experiences at home on your own schedule.

However, that raises the dilemma of where to begin.

LET US RETROSPECT THE “EMOTIONAL CONSTIPATION CRISIS” A BIT.

Did I mention that we are experiencing an emotional constipation crisis?

That’s basically how we’ve been repressed by society.

We’ve been told to suppress our emotions for a very long time. to “not cause a scene,” “tough it out,” and “suck it up” while we’re feeling a lot.

We are informed that only children are permitted to experience that kind of visceral full body release, or spasm.

According to Heron’s (1977, updated 1998) Theory of Human Catharsis, we NEED to purge our repressed and inhibited urges.

“The psychosomatic processes by which an individual is cleansed of an excess of distress as a result of repeatedly not being met by their basic needs”

And what are those basic human needs?

✔️ The yearning to love or be loved is known as love.

✔️ Grasping (‘the necessity to grasp and be grasped’)

✔️ “Autonomy” or “the need to be self-directing and freely engaged with the directions of a greater whole” is known as self-direction.

We experience intense psychosomatic tension, or “high stress,” when such needs are not addressed. And catharsis is the only way to release that tension from the body.

By doing this, we are able to self-regulate and transfer our emotions through our bodies.

Going “spastic” is therefore beneficial to you, even though it might not be socially acceptable to do so in public.

“These processes are not regarded as self-indulgence, as getting worse, as getting hysterical. They are regarded as processes that get rid of distress, that restore the person to non-distressed, flexible functioning again. They are processes whereby persons purge themselves of personal frustrations.”

The wonderful thing about these 9D Breathwork techniques is that if you feel uncomfortable letting go of these feelings in public, you don’t have to sign up for an in-person class.

You can safely and comfortably purge your emotions from the comfort of your own home.

Not only do you get much-needed seclusion, but you’re also not left all by yourself to work things out.

You will be able to go through the experience as though I were in the same room as you.

THE JOURNEY TO LETTING GO

The “Journey To Letting Go” by 9D is our essential technique for completely opening you up.

It is intended especially to assist those who struggle with the difficulty of letting go.

Whether it’s tough experiences from the past, bitter sentiments, or assessments of oneself and other people.

It offers a supportive environment for people looking to give their lives more meaning and purpose, giving them a chance to find and re-establish a connection with who they truly are.

Although a lot of us prefer to think that letting go is easy, we find it difficult to do so all the time.

But what happens is they get pushed even deeper into our subconscious mind.

They wait to be brought up again.

To be fed into.

to intensify and worsen so that the suffering remains, festers, and consumes us the next time it occurs.

“Knowing” what it is to let go is one thing; it is entirely mental. However, understanding it conceptually or intellectually is insufficient to take action.

You’ll never be free from tension because you won’t truly understand what it’s like to let go of something that has been sitting in your body unconsciously for a long time.

The purpose of this at-home breathing exercise is to help you practice “The Art of Letting Go.” Sensing the release of tension in your body deeply.

Lastly, the best part

THE PRICE OF “JOURNEY TO LETTING GO” IS A FRACTION OF INTENSIVE THERAPY’S COST.

The cost of a therapist that comes highly recommended will range from $100 to $250. That comes to $175 each session on average.

You would have to see that therapist at least once a week for months at a time—or perhaps years, depending on your circumstances—in order to profit from that kind of therapy.

Let’s assume that after 20 sessions, you start to see progress. In other words, you would have just addressed the cognitive awareness of your difficulties, spending a total of $3,500 and 20 hours.

However, you can experience significant results with just $97 and 75 minutes of your time when using the 9D Breathwork “Journey To Letting Go.”

This advanced breathwork technique can assist you in overcoming obstacles that you may not have even been aware you had.

It will enable you to confront traumas and obstructions that have been hidden away for a long time.

While this breathwork won’t replace therapy one-on-one, it will undoubtedly assist you in making the space necessary to confront your demons—something that therapy is intended to accomplish.

You won’t have to consider the reasons behind your feelings since it will provide you with the protection you need to let go of all your suppressed feelings.

When you take the first step on the “Journey To Letting Go,”

when you allow the process and give it time, you can anticipate:

Emancipation from the past: Gain a great sense of liberation by letting go of the weight that has been holding you back and releasing your hold on the past.

Physical and psychological anguish is released: One feels lighter and more relieved as they let go of their mental and physical baggage.

Self-love, acceptance, and forgiveness cultivation: Develop a loving, caring connection with yourself and other people, accepting forgiveness and acceptance as transforming energies.

Resilience and emotional stability: Gain inner fortitude and resilience to help you deal with life’s obstacles more easily and emotionally stable.

Calm and restored equilibrium: Restore harmony in your relationships and life by feeling a profound sense of calm and inner balance.

Empowered self-transformation: As you let go and change, embrace personal development and empowerment to create new opportunities and a more satisfying life path.

IS 9D BREATHWORK APPROPRIATE FOR ME?

As of right now, breathwork is easily accessible. It’s likely that the final ten minutes of a class in any yoga studio will involve some kind of breathing exercise.

By all means, go take one of the many breathwork workshops that are probably offered in your region.

This isn’t just another Tuesday and Thursday session; it’s more than just the breath, even though those could be useful to cultivate awareness or just get you started in the practice.

Moving the mountains of trauma that are clogging your system is the goal of 9D Breathwork excursions, not just clearing your mind after a good stretch or entering a euphoric state.

It’s about providing a secure environment in which you can let go of energy that is bottled up and MUST exit your body.

It’s about leveraging the soundscape technology to put you in your most suggestive state, helping you repattern thought loops that no longer serve you (and replacing them with ones that empower you.)

It’s about facing difficult traumas and emotions so you can unburden yourself and live a happier, emotionally healthier, and more purpose-driven life.

We’re not happy until you’re not happy. We would gladly offer you a 60-day money-back guarantee on any electronic purchase you make from 9D Breathwork because of this.

If all of that pleases you, you must choose between these two options right now:

Carry on with your life, allowing all of your prior traumas, relationships, and unhealthy routines to weigh heavily on you. Continue dwelling on the unfavorable ideas and emotions you’ve been suppressing for a long time. Continue as like nothing is wrong, even though you know deep down that it isn’t.

Or…

…choose a different action.

Put on your headphones, grab a seat on the couch, download the “Journey To Letting Go” into your phone, and prepare to breathe like you’ve never done before.

Try it once, even if you’re not quite sold on it.

If all you give up in the end is $97 and 75 minutes of your time, wouldn’t it be worth it if 9D Breathwork actually worked for you?

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

Are you ready to start your journey?

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

This breathwork journey, how long is it?

“Way To Let Go” lasts for seventy-five minutes. Remember that this will require labor and is somewhat lengthy. Breathwork techniques like this are not for the timid. But that doesn’t mean you can’t succeed. I’m sure you’re capable. Anyone may harness the power of their breath. It won’t be simple, but it will have an impact. By the time the practice is over, you’ll find that your feelings have drastically changed.

How can I tell if the trip ``worked``?

It should feel very different to you. That may be characterized by some as feeling “lighter.” Some people may experience calmness, relief, etc.

Some sense that there is no longer any fear or panicked energy. In any case, you can tell something is working when you feel something, especially something good.

How did you come to realize the advantages of breathwork combined with the audio experience?

As often as is necessary. Even though you will experience a quantifiable improvement, the process is still ongoing. You should try to include this into your life on a regular basis if you truly want to get rid of the obstacles that are already in your body.

How long until I start to feel the effects?

Everything is dependent upon the outcomes you hope to achieve.

How often should I do the ``Journey To Letting Go``?

Does that imply that you make this trip once per day? No. Does this imply that you ought to strive to do breathwork more than once a week? Indeed.

Does this take the place of counseling?

No, therapy cannot be replaced with 9D Breathwork. This can help you get more out of your therapy sessions if you already have one, but it is in no way something you should do in place of treatment.

I'm pregnant; may I perform breathwork exercises?

It is highly advised that you refrain from breathwork when you are expecting.

Can I continue do breathwork if I take strong drugs, have a history of aneurysms and seizures, have chronic respiratory problems, or cardiovascular issues?

You can theoretically do so. But, we highly advise that you take it slow and truly remember your capabilities. Kindly stop, sip some water, and take care of yourself if you start to feel dizzy or if your heart rate starts to rise.
